Spring and summer are synonymous with bright colours, so for this year's photo contest, send us a photo of the study location of your third trimester (or the surrounding region) with a key element or tonality in the colour of your current or former CIFE programme:

- MAEIS Mediterranean Studies - Istanbul - Light Blue
- MAEIS European Integration and Global Studies - Rome or Istanbul - Green (any shade)
- Master in Global Energy Transition and Governance - Nice - Magenta (or any other shade of pink)
- Joint Master in Global Economic Governance and Public Affairs - Nice - Petrol Blue (or any other shade of turquoise)
- Joint Master in EU Trade and Climate Diplomacy - Nice - Yellow (any shade)
- Executive Master in EU Studies - Any workshop or remote learning location - Orange (any shade)

You may also use the dark blue CIFE colour if you wish.

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISATION OF THE GAME
The Centre international de formation européenne (CIFE), an association under the French law of 1901 - SIREN 784 412 546, whose registered office is located at 81 rue de France, 06000 Nice, France, is organising a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled: "Spring Photo Contest #ColoursOfCIFE" from 3 April 2023 at 12.00 pm CEST to 1 June 2023 at 11.59 pm CEST, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these rules.
This operation is neither organised nor sponsored by Meta, Google, Apple or Microsoft.

ARTICLE 2 - CONSULTATION OF THE RULES OF THE GAME
The Rules can be consulted free of charge and printed at any time on the CIFE website.

ARTICLE 3 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to all students who will graduate from a CIFE programme in Summer 2023 (or in Summer 2024 for first-year students of the Executive Master in EU Studies) as well as CIFE Alumni. CIFE staff, members of their families and their spouses are excluded from the competition.
A maximum of three (3) photos per person is authorised - same surname, same first name, same e-mail address or Instagram handle - during the entire contest period.
The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules.

ARTICLE 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place on the instagram.com platform on the dates indicated in Article 1.
1. To play on Instagram, participants in the game must:
- Follow the page @cife_eustudies
- Post the photo on the Instagram grid or in a story, or send it by direct message.
- Tag @cife_eustudies and use the hashtag #ColoursOfCIFE
2. For people without an Instagram account, participants in the game must:
- Send an email with the photo attached to communication@cife.eu
As the game is accessible on the Instagram platform, under no circumstances will Instagram be held responsible in the event of a dispute related to the game. Instagram is neither the organiser nor sponsor of the operation.
Participants agree that their photos may be published by CIFE on CIFE’s social media pages and website.

ARTICLE 5 - SELECTION OF WINNERS
A pre-selection jury composed of 5 CIFE employees will pre-select the photos subject to a final vote on Instagram by the subscribers of the CIFE Instagram page.
The winners will be contacted via the private Instagram messaging channel or by e-mail within 3 days of the winners being chosen. Any winner who does not reply within 10 days of the notification of his/her prize will be deemed to have renounced it and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

ARTICLE 6 - PRIZES
The game is endowed with the following prizes, awarded to valid participants who are declared winners. Each winner shall win a single prize.
- List of prizes if there are more than 10 participants: - 1st prize: a voucher worth 75 euros; 2nd prize: a voucher worth 50 euros; 3rd prize: a voucher worth 30 euros.
- List of prizes if there are 10 participants or fewer: - 1st prize: a voucher worth 75 euros; 2nd prize: a voucher worth 50 euros.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. CIFE shall not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even the trading, of the prizes by the winners.

ARTICLE 7 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants authorise the verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these rules as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever the method, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the participation of its author.

ARTICLE 8 - MODIFICATION OF THE RULES
CIFE reserves the right to modify all or part of the rules. Any modification of the rules will be published on the Instagram page @cife_eustudies.
